On the evening of February 21, Suzhou INVT Power Electronics Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of INVT, signed the "Letter of Intent for Strategic Cooperation" with the Management Committee of Suzhou Science and Technology City. It is planned to invest in the construction of the third phase of INVT Suzhou Industrial Park in Science and Technology City, High-tech Zone, Suzhou, and build intelligent production plants and supporting facilities.
Mao Wei, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Suzhou High-tech Zone, Huang Shenli, Chairman of INVT, Tian Huachen, President of INVT, Lu Chao, leader of the district, and heads of relevant departments and sectors attended the event.
The third phase of the INVT Suzhou Industrial Park project is expected to have a total investment of 1.05 billion yuan and a land area of about 84.3 mu. In the future, INVT Suzhou Industrial Park will become INVT's largest industrial base integrating production, R&D and incubation.
INVT has been deeply involved in the two major fields of industrial automation and energy&power for more than 20 years. Suzhou INVT has continued to take root in Suzhou High-tech Zone for many years, and has won the National Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Pilot Excellent Scene Enterprise, Jiangsu Provincial Enterprise Engineering Technology Research Center, and Jiangsu Provincial Enterprise Technology Center and other honors.
The third phase project of Suzhou Industrial Park is mainly used to undertake the industrial transformation of the second phase R & D center based on the industrial control field platform and the energy and power field platform research and development achievements. Through measures such as new intelligent production lines and integration of product resources, it will build a high-end equipment intelligent industrial base. To meet the continuous expansion of the company's business scale, the Suzhou Industrial Park will become an industrial platform for industrial automation products and services, drive the extension and development of the upstream and downstream industrial chains, and further enhance the company's competitiveness.
At the signing ceremony, Mao Wei, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Suzhou High-tech Zone, said, "This time, INVT Group will deepen its efforts again and increase its size, which will further effectively promote the vigorous development of Suzhou INVT and the industrial agglomeration and upgrading of the high-tech zone.
